No Boundaries Program for Spring 2011!

FLEET FEET Sports has added a fall No Boundaries program, a TRUE beginner 10 week program that will help you gradually build up to running, run/walking, or walking a 5K (3.1 mile) distance. The purpose of the program is to introduce participants to the lifetime fitness activities of running and walking and to encourage them to live healthier lifestyles.
No Boundaries will offer participants guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury, all within a fun and supportive environment. The program will culminate with the a 5K race, a goal which participants will work towards throughout the program with coached group workouts.
