The half marathon has quickly become a favorite distance of endurance athletics and continues to make up a large percentage of the field of a ½ and full marathon event. Whether you are a novice or veteran ½ marathoner, the keys to a successful race are (1) to begin with a well-structured training plan that properly incorporates your capabilities and goals and (2) to follow that plan with unwavering consistency.

We will not only provide you with a proven plan, but we will also assist your training with everything from information on common injuries, proper stretching technique, nutrition information and recipes, and access to our Community Partner database of health professionals offering special benefits to all training team members in order to keeping you on the road and running happily.
