The 10-in-10 Weight Loss Challenge is based on the fact that losing just 10 pounds can lower your blood pressure, reduce your risk for a stroke, ward off dementia, lower your risk for uterine and breast cancer, and lower your cholesterol up to 10%.  Plus, according to a study published in the journal Obesity, participants in group-based weight loss challenges lose 20% more weight than people who take on the challenge alone.  

So, what do you have to lose?  Take the 10-in-10 Weight Loss Challenge.  

Here's How It Works
It's simple...
$50 of each person's entry fee will be placed into a cash pool.  At the end of the 10 weeks, the money in the pool will be split amongst everyone who has lost 10 pounds and delivered in the form of a Fleet Feet Gift Card. 

With 20 participants, the eligible prize would be $1,000 (i.e. a $50 Fleet Feet Gift Card per person)

The challenge begins by scheduling a consultation between January 2nd and January 21st.  You have exactly 10 weeks to lose 10 pounds, beginning the date of your initial consultation.  The 45-minute consultation will will take place at our Des Peres location, and will include the following:

  • A Caloric Expenditure (CE) assessment (a $75 value)
  • Before pictures
  • Goal setting
  • Establishing a plan/workout routine
  • Creating an electronic food journal
  • Scheduling a 5-week and 10-week follow-up consultation 

Cost of the 10 week program is $100.
