Starting Location: 1401 Kiefer Creek Rd., Ballwin, MO
Parking Instructions: Meet at the same parking lot as the first time here, next to the playground. We will start the run at 7:30am. Additional parking can be found in nearby lots a short distance away.
Run Description: SHORT COURSE = 2-3* loops / LONG COURSE = 3-4* loops

Everyone will run the first 2 loops together, getting in roughly 3.3 miles for the 1st loop, and then a 5.7 mile loop to finish up at 9 miles roughly after two loops. Here is where those going short can call it a day, or if they want to add on an additional loop of roughly 1.7 miles to get around 10.7 miles then run the same 3rd loop as those going long. That would put you close to what we would have run for distance last week had it not been for ice.
Those going long will run the 3 loops marked on the map. This puts you at the intended mileage for this week, but since last week was cancelled and if you are wanting to get in more miles, you can simply add on an additional loop - either re-run the 2nd loop again (5.7mi would put you at 16.4 miles roughly for the day) or combine loop 1 and 3 for a additional 4 mile loop to get in close to 15 miles for the day. The 4 mile loop will have you start out running that 1st loop in reverse, so stay flat and then head UP the stairs. Once you come to the Lone Wolf Trail you will turn left and finish it the same way you ran loop 3 today, so follow that back down to the start. Coaches and I will remind you of this come Saturday for those who crave the mileage.
