Individualized Training in Group Settings

Our multi-session Programs help you build the solid base of the Fleet Feet Training Arch.  Distance-based programs will prepare you for 5K (3.1M), 10K (6.2M), half marathon (13.1M), or marathon (26.2).  Other programs focus on increasing your speed, running off-road, or introducing your children to running.  Whether your goal is to complete your first 5K or race well in the Boston Marathon, we can help!
