Our Assessments provide information needed to develop a truly personalized training plan. We’ll identify strengths and weaknesses - and what can be done to regain a proper balance. We’ll define training zones and how many calories need to be eaten every day to fuel the training fire. Assessments are conducted at our Des Peres location.
