FLEET FEET will be hosting two very special evenings to detail everything you need to know about our No Boundaries 5K and Momentum 10K training programs. Plus, we’ll open up the floor to individual questions!

The No Boundaries 5K training program begins March 28th and culminates with the Run for the Stars 5K in June. No Boundaries is a 10-week beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. Coached group runs are on Wednesday evenings at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 7am at Creve Coeur Lake Park. Pace groups and coaching are provided for walkers, run/walkers, and a variety of running paces. Learn more!
The Momentum 10K training program begins on March 27th and culminates with the Run for the Stars 10K in June. The Momentum program is designed for novice runners who want to increase their mileage or intermediate runners who want to improve their performance. The program incorporates four days of running each week (including a longer endurance run), strength/core training, and injury prevention techniques. The suggested activity level prior to the start of the program is 2-3 runs per week of 2-3 miles. The Momentum program is appropriate for runners and run/walkers. (There is no walk-only option.) Coached group runs take place on Tuesday evenings at 6pm at Queeny Park and Saturday mornings at 7am at Creve Coeur Lake Park. Learn more!
