We’re celebrating the opening of FLEET FEET Town & Country and the Grand Re-Opening of Swim Bike Run.  Join us for five days of social runs, group rides, product demos, training clinics, good food, music, and more!  Stop by and learn why Swim Bike Run is now you one-stop endurance shop!


3.26 | Wednesday | Social Run Night

 6:30PM | Social Run at FLEET FEET Town & Country/Swim Bike Run
Adidas Boost 2

  • Take one of three Adidas styles featuring Boost technology for a 1-5 mile demo run during this fun filled night. There will be a gift with any Adidas shoe purchase should you fall in love with what you try.
  • We will also be highlighting Feetures socks with enough samples to try with the shoes. Nothing makes a good shoe feel better than a well fitting technical sock, especially with the knowledge when you buy 2 Feetures socks, you get one pair of Feetures socks free
  • Post run food and drink will be provided by FLEET FEET Sports.

Friday | 3.28 | Training with Power Clinic & Social

• 6-7:30PM | SBR Endurance coaches and SRAM Meet-and-Greet
Learn how to use power to bike more efficiently with Swim Bike Run Endurance Coaches and SRAM:

  • Training with power can make you a stronger cyclist with testing and training with Functional Threshold Power
  • Computrainer training can lead to huge gains in power
  • Power zone and heart rate training combined can improve power and performance
  • Bike fit equates to power and performance
  • SRAM rep will be on hand to present and explain differences between power meters and which is appropriate for you

Saturday | 3.29 | Swim & FLEET FEET Training 

Find your perfect goggle fit, try on wetsuits, and meet with SBR Endurance coaches to find out more about how to become a better swimmer this season!

• 11AM-1PM | FLEET FEET Group Training Classes Open House
  Try one of the two complimentary classes available at Town and Country: 

  • Functional Strength | 11AM | This 45-minute class is designed to improve your body’s efficiency and reduce your chance of injury. | Click here to RSVP
  • This Is How We Roll | Foam Rolling Clinic | Noon | At this 45-minute, hands-on workshop, you will learn how to use the simple but versatile Foam Roller to alleviate the painful and stiff muscle knots experienced by runners and walkers of all levels. Click here to RSVP
