"Get the Mental Edge" Seminar
Running is as much of a mental challenge as it
is a physical one. Training takes determination,
perseverance, and motivation, and your mental
strength can be the difference between a successful
race and a washout. Whether you are a veteran runner
with years of racing under your belt or a novice
about to tackle a new training schedule, sharpening
your mental edge will make you a stronger runner and
allow you to perform at your best.
Join us on March 10th at FLEET FEET
Chesterfield for "Get the Mental Edge," a seminar
featuring Dr. Joe Lenac of Winning Edge Sports
Psychology.
Dr. Lenac will focus on the mental side of endurance
training and racing, covering such topics as
positive thought techniques, goal setting skills,
basic confidence techniques, and positive
performance evaluation.
The "Mental Edge" seminar will be held on
Tuesday, March 10th, at 7:00PM, at FLEET FEET
Chesterfield. The seminar is complimentary and will
last approximately 45-60 minutes. Class size is
limited. If you would like to attend the seminar,
please RSVP to Kristen via
email or at 636-734-0719.
We hope to see you there!
